Hiking to Waimano Falls on Oahu

Compared to Mauniwili Falls, Waimano falls feels like a very small and safe cliff jumping waterfall experience, but not every adventure needs to be extreme or life threatening. The hike to Waimano is pretty much descending the whole way down, working your way from the ridge down to the valley. Hopefully it's muddy and slippery, because if it isn't and you're going during the dry season you might show up to no waterfall and just stagnant pool which might feel like a wasted trip. You have to go during the wet season where you'll be rewarded with a fun cliff jumping experience with a rope swing, with a larger waterfall in the back for that photo opp. If you're interested in some of the more extreme cliff jumping experiences on the island, Waimano falls is a good place to get some experience, which makes it valuable and worth doing.
